Michelle Ward, Ph.D.
Senior Trial ConsultantMichelle Ward received her Ph.D. in Clinical Neuroscience (Psychology) from the University of Southern California. She has an extensive background in multivariate statistical analysis and she specializes in merging qualitative and quantitative jury research. She has published several articles using structural equation modeling to identify and quantify influences on complex human behavior and has taught undergraduate courses in statistics, research methodology and psychology. Dr. Ward has specialized in complex intellectual property, product liability, antitrust, environmental, and commercial litigation. Her expertise also includes the study of psycho-physiological responses to various stimuli, which is a useful tool for understanding how jurors react physically and psychologically to evidence, testimony, and attorney arguments. Judge Sara K. Radin, Director of Judicial ServicesJudge Radin served as a judge in the Los Angeles County Superior Court from 1978 to 1993 as well as serving Pro Tem on the Court of Appeal. Judge Radin is an alumnus of UCLA and Southwestern School of Law and was in private practice for over twenty years. She has received numerous judicial and civic awards and has served on dozens of judicial commissions and committees. She is a past President of the Santa Monica Bar Association and has been a guest lecturer for the Rutter Group, CEB, and numerous bar associations. Since leaving the bench in 1993, Judge Radin has served as a private judge for arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences and as a special master. She has been selected by counsel and appointed by the court as a discovery referee in complex civil cases.
Zoltan Gross, Ph.D., Consultant on Clinical Psychology Applications Dr. Gross became a diplomate in Clinical Psychology in 1957. Since then, he has won the Meritorious Service Award from the American Board of Professional Psychology and became a Fellow from the American Board of Clinical Psychology in 1994. He has been an Adjunct and Assistant Professor at the UCLA School of Medicine, Dept of Psychiatry, California School of Professional Psychology and Antioch University.
